obj/effect/effect all pool themselves.
PoolOrNew() can now be passed a type and a list instead of a type and a location. In that case, the list will be passed to New() via arglist().
RCD's now delete their spark system and properly garbage collect.
As a result, any door with the sub_door variable set to 1 can have an airlock built over it.
Also fixes using a fireaxe to open unpowered poddoors and adds myself to the admins.txt.
Works pretty well. If it can't GC something, it'll just del() it and be done.
Speed is amazing, holy shit.
New procs you should be aware of:
qdel(atom/movable) - sets up an object for garbage collection. Call this rather than del(atom/movable).
atom/movable/Destroy() - called right before the object is GC'd, so it still has a loc. Also called if the object is del()'d.
new controller - garbage.dm has all the details on this. Basically it nulls all references on GC'd objects and force del() them if necessary.
Generally speaking, objects should use Destroy() for behavior prior to deletion rather than Del(). You should also always call the parent so the object gets the right gc_destroyed var set.
ISSUES:
Tries to GC mobs atm. This actually works for new players, not so much for humans/monkies/simple_animals/anything. I'm guessing it needs to clear out their mind and HUD and maybe other things.
Gibbing is really bugged. It works, but the overlays just sit there for awhile and ugh. I'm very tempted just to del() mob/living and mob/camera and call it a day.
qdel() equipment doesn't unequip the item.
Pipes don't generally GC correctly. Debugging suggests they get referenced in many pipenets and that isn't cleared properly. However some do work fine. Need assistance here.
Bots don't GC, probably in the radio controller.
Lots of other shit doesn't GC but it's hard to find them because of the pipe spam.
I think I'm calling Destroy() twice by accident.
*TABLEPASS was already totally obsolete.
FPRINT was used, but it was on virtually everything anyway.
Removes those flags from every instance where they were used. Also assigned and removed other flags where it made sense.
If it is desired, I can revive the flag as NOFPRINT, which would retain the original functionality, though inverted. That way it would be be used only where it was intentional (holodeck items could use this for example).
Adjusts the click code to not use client/Click(). The code is largely unchanged, except that it allows the compiler default behaviour of calling atom/Click(), and then forwards the call to mob/ClickOn(). I had some reports that melee combat mixed with movement was behaving oddly, and I believe it may be due to the use of client/Click; the byond documentation says that redefining client/Click() causes additional overhead, and it isn't strictly necessary.
Alters the way double clicks are handled, in an attempt to better handle clickspam, as often occurs during pitched combat. This may also be responsible for the above, but I don't know.
Inserts proximity (aka flag) checks in all afterattack() procs. The old assumption was that unless an item used the USEDELAY flag, afterattack() was only called when adjacent, but this is no longer true. This led to beakers, soap, crayons, etc, all being usable at all ranges.
Removes the NODELAY flag, which was unused. Removes all existing uses of the USEDELAY flag so that it can be readded to things that need extra delay.
Removes the hand_* procs, previously used by restrained actions. Instead, the mob helper mob/RestrainedClickOn() has abosrbed basically all the functionality they were used for, which is really only monkeys with jungle fever.
Adds a special case of the Adjacency() proc for doors. This fixes#136, airlocks being unreachable due to border fire doors. However, this only takes us back to the unpleasant position where you have to open-hand the door, switch to a crowbar, and pry open the firedoor; it still needs a better fix.
-Cyborg RCD cost increased from unit*30 to unit*160
With a standard 15k power cell, you can still build:
93 floors
31 walls
18 deconstructions
9 airlock operations
-Reduced cyborg health from 300 to 200
-Cyborgs with less than 100 health can not use any modules, but can still move, speak, and wirelessly interact with machines
-Engineering cyborgs can now use metal rods
-Updated changelog

This adds a verb to the RCD which allows the player to select which type of airlock it spits out.
I've set the hand-held RCD is set to create any colour airlock while the borg's RCD can only spawn the default glass and solid airlock. The reason for this is that the borg has no way to change the ID requirements of the door and the borg's RCD is already vastly superior to the handheld version because of how it draws power.

-Fixes Issue 1085 - Artificers creating turfs with buggy lighting
-Spells now will use the proper proc to create turfs
Due to the amount of files changed, this is just the 'part one'. The merging in turf.dm is not finished, mineral walls and buildmode are still using the old system. The creation of turfs on the game panel is not using the proper procs yet. Stay tuned for this changes, but now, sleep.

All credits to the author for this handy little script.
I Committed the modified python script to tool directory. Although it needs to be in the root folder of your repo to work.
To notice the improved compile times, in dreammaker go to Build > Preferences > and untick "automatically set file_dir for subfolders"
If this commit inteferes with any large projects just revert it, do your thing, then rerun the script. Easy-peasy.

Fixed putting ammo in RCDs, resolves issue 696. Removed a little spam-text from RCDs too.
Removed some dyslexia from spesscash.
added an undef for LEGCUFF_LAYER

-Redid icons to be more optimized at compile by setting icon = 'icons/folder/icon.dmi' instead of just icon = 'icon.dmi', meaning that Dream Maker doesn't have to search through every single file for every single .dmi. This shouldn't lead to any errors because of how I went about it, plus the fact that Dream Maker would have freaked out if I screwed something up. Also moved around 2 icons that weren't sorted well.

Adds disabled variables to borg and mech RCD
RCDs are disabled if they are used on the escape shuttle or hyperspace around it
This applies to what they are used on, not where the user is, so it is immune to teleporting issues

You probably won't notice this, but it makes things slightly easier for atmos techs.
Several instances of ReplaceWithFloor changed to ReplaceWithPlating- the floor tiles under walls were annoying me. RCDs now create plating instead of floor also.

The captains laser, aegun, and xbow recharge a bit slower now, they recharged so fast that you almost never had to stop shooting.
Cleaned up the cyborg_modules file
Medical and Security borgs have a hud item.
Medical bots bottles hold 60 of their chemical (up from 30).
Medical bots now have three syringes that are labeled "Syringe-(Inaprovaline)", "Syringe-(Anti-Toxin)", and "Syringe-(Mixed)".
Medical bots now have two kelotane/dexalin pills (up from 1/ea).
Engineering bots got a new RCD thats just like the old one but the code is cleaner and meant for borgs only.
Husks brains can no longer be cut out.
Healing hands code has been removed till whoever wants to finish it adds it to a place that is NOT the base click procs.
Added veyveyr's nuke team weapon. Its more or less the Uzi with a new icon.
Nuke teams also got a bit of extra ammo and a few more pinpointers/eguns in their locker.
Glass doors will not set opacity to 1 after they close.

Rewrote the job selection system to use bitflags and the jobs are now objects.
Fixed a path conflict with effect which caused a few things to be unable to be clicked on.
Commented out the job.txt, Urist if you still want it to load from the .txt give me a yell and I can update it to work with the job objects.
Fixed up the bits that were missing the slightly updated mob organ attack code.
Moved the traps file into unused.

/obj/effects is now /obj/effect.
/obj/station_objects is now /obj/structure.
Did a bit of minor blob work.
The Bay 12 body bags were replaced with closets because having two sets of code that do almost the same thing is silly.
Changed back a few of the last jobproc edits as the remove from list before assign was a check to see if the mob was fucked up and if it was remove it so we did not check it again as it would still be fucked up.
The medbay/tox monkeys names are random once more. More random name monkeys will help with changeling and clean up the observe/mob menus.

Two new categories were made: station_objects and effects. station_objects, which I'm sure someone will want renamed to 'structures' contains the objects which don't need process() or power code.
Effects contains objects which are either landmarks, triggers, spawners or decal.

Airlocks now smash glass that is under them when they close
AI sat firewall that is not really quite a firewall removed
The solars will no longer update if they lack a controler
Cut down on machines that don't actually do anything like fake sleepers and shuttle engines
There is still a few shuttle engines around and I have no idea where, my map was already corrupted once by this so I am just leaving the define in for now.
After a talk with some of the head coders
Cyborgs can no longer be traitors at round start
Some of the off Z1 areas cleaned up
