Xhuis 1178fbe079 Major cult changes
The current code for runes is god-awful. Like, seriously terrible. This PR aims to fix that. Rather than having every rune effect defined in a single attack_hand proc, this PR will separate the runes into subtypes, which supports for more modular runes as well as cleans up the code.

It also separates invocation into a two different procs. The first of these will determine if the rune can be invoked; if that passes, the second will cause the rune's effects. There is also a third proc that will cause effects if the rune fails to invoke.

Research words have been removed, and all runes are now available from the start of the round. This is highly subject to change once some feedback is in from actual cult rounds.

Miscellaneous tweaks:

    Blood boil runes now explode when used
    Convert runes can now work solo, but take time
    Armor runes now only provide the basic armor set
    Tomes now do a static 15 burn damage and play a sound
    If the Escape objective is rolled, the amount of people that must escape will scale with the round population to a factor of 5 (i.e. 50 players = 10 cultists)

Cheridan 6c12887367 Pressure_resistance Tweaks
-Adjusts pressure resistance, which determines how easily things can get pushed around by atmos.
-Most items (handheld stuff) are less resistant, while most larger items (mobs, structures, machinery) are more resistant.
-Removes the cooldown on air pushing stuff, which should make it feel more 'responsive', as opposed to the current push->pause->push->pause effect it does now.
-MAGBOOTS/NOSLIPS NOW PREVENT SPACEWIND PUSHING! !!!
-Adds a little wooshy breeze sound to when you would get pushed

tkdrg 0c5641d016 Ports the supermatter engine from /vg/
The SM was originally developed for bay12, but I ported the /vg/ fork.
Basically, it eats heat or atom/movables and generates radiation/power.
Everything that touches it turns to dust. If it overheats, it explodes.
Typical usage involves emitters and a cooling chamber.
Currently, these are only obtainable through cargo for 100 points.
The crate comes locked and requires CE access.

Cheridan b02b93ce2a Notifications + Random Stuff
Adds sound notifications for Ninja and Wizard Apprentice spawning -- hopefully means fewer afk antags.

Adds a ghostnotice span class, used in the new notify_ghosts proc. Upon creation, things that require ghostly attention (NarSie, golem runes) give more visible messages to the dead.

Retires the 'moderate' span class, which was only used in tomato throwing? Refactors tomato code (this ended up being the meat of this PR, somehow...)

Reorganizes some item definition/procs.

Giacomand 343bfe90b2 This commit was made to help increase the compatibility between MiniStation and /tg/station.
* Restructured closets to be easier to add new features.
 * Added trash bins that you can hide in.
 * New sound effects for the bin, they are royalty free.
 * Personal lockers can now be (un)locked with your PDA/Wallet/Whatever.

-Watermelon and pumpkin biomass lowered a bit so biomass isn't totally trivial to acquire.
-Added more wood items for tower cap wood construction: Wooden doors and sandals.
-Added plump helmet biscuits and mushroom soup to kitchen recipes.

Rewrote wielded weapons to be their own weapon subclass. There was no point having a var/wielded var/twohanded var/force_unwielded var/force_wielded for every damn item when there is only 1 wield-able weapon anyway. All the wield-able stuff is now in twohanded.dm

Changed the adminhelpsound to some creative commons sound I pinched. Until somebody can get a better one. I'm sick of MAAAAAAAAOOOOOOW.

All PMs trigger the adminhelp sound. That means when you OM a player they get the sound, if a admin is PMed they only hear it if their adminhelp sounds are enabled. This should allow people to get eachother's attention when t he chat is busy.

Fixed some bad code with poddoors (which is used for the shutters in QM)

To take advantage of hallucinations, just have something that sets the "hallucination" var in a human mob to a positive number (The higher it is, the more crazy things are)
LSD is currently the only thing that does that, ATM.  (silicon, hydrogen, anti-toxin)

baloh.matevz 98338e8c14 A sound will now play when admins receive adminhelps. By default this is disabled, but any admin can enable it by using the 'toggle adminhelp sound' verb. Note that it will revert to not hearing sounds when a new round starts.

#Added an icon helper procs library by Lummox Jr.
#Added more icon+overlay functionality by DarkCampainger. Both can be found under icon_procs.dm.
#Added continuous beam code by Gunbuddy to atom.dm. You can now create continuous beams of energy/magic/monkeys/whatever. For instance, pAI cords. It's really awesome.
#Like optical camo? Well I have good news. New stealth "graphic." May need some fine tuning depending on player/coder preference. It's also a little slow to change (due to update_clothing()). With that said, it's a lot cooler than what we had before. Check it out.
#Added the getIconMask() and AddCamoOverlay() procs for the above.
#Added animated satic filter icons by Koil to icons.
#New force wall and shield icons. Shield icons moved to effects.dmi.
#Changed up the abandoned mining station.
#Moved a few carp spawn points closer to the station. Added a few more.

Ninjas:
No longer spawn whoknowswhere like they did at times before.
Get a unique stealth graphic. Yup. Also, small chance of failure.
New energy net icon and effects. Energy net now uses the beam code mentioned above. It will now check for stealth.
Fixed some graphical icon issues with ninja suit. Added a female black jumpsuit to icons for this reason. Added icon directions to ninja effects.
Some more general code cleanup.

New sound effect for ninja phasing.
Added a female-only ninja suit sprite. Will conform to the character once initialized.
Stealth is now a an equipment verb and functions a little different from before. I may tweak it a bit in the near future.
BYOND fixed a verb bug in r484. Certain ninja verbs will now function as intended once the release version comes out. I've went ahead and made the necessary code adjustments for it.
More ninja code cleanup in preparation for a few things.

Added sandstone. You get it by clicking a sand... block, I guess? with itself, and it'll convert the sand and all sand on that tile to sandstone bricks.
Added mineral doors. They have a cool sound effect, can't be opened by AI or critters (including bots, carps and huggers), but can't be locked either.
Blatantly stole DF music for ambience because I'm a dick :33

#Most ninja suit abilities will not be available unless the suit is initialized (such as stealth and the alike).
#Ninja suit now comes with a basic energy system. It begins with 10000 and depletes 5 energy/tick. Having an energy blade depeletes +20 energy. Having stealth active depelets +25 energy.
#Ninjas start with 10 smoke bombs. When used they are gone forever.
#Other abilities now require and use energy.
#Recovering energy is possible by clicking on APCs with an empty hand, ~1000e/5 seconds. There is no battery energy limit. Plan to add more ways to get energy later.

- Players can modify operation permissions of newly constructed civilian mechs. Click on mech with ID card or PDA with ID inside.
- Added robotics access to default mecha maintenance permissions (all mechs) and operation permissions (civilian models only).
- Fixed double adminlog message of explosion proc.
- Fixed accidental mecha wreckage deletion.
- Tweaked mecha internal fire processing.
- Added some mecha-related sounds.
- Moved GaussRand to helpers.dm and added GaussRandRound helper proc.
- Other small changes.

Skiedrake 456a9d6da6 Added hydroponics crates, graphics and crates themselves into the code.
Added Weed-B-Gone into crates at hydro, also Weed-B-Gone functionality. 
Changed map accordingly. 
Added weedbgone as a reagent and a recipe for it.
Added new spray sound effects and updated/changed those that were used before for fire extinguisher, refueling/refilling, using cleaner and using weed-b-gone.
Removed thumbs.db added by TLE as I saw it unnecessary.
Added buzzing sound to be used later with Fly Amanitas.
Changed some fertilizer graphics in chemical.dmi to be prettier.
