- Fixed a bug with C4 not causing an explosion around a target, which is a mob. - Fixed not being able to put para/sleepy pens on your ear. - Added a delete proc for reagents (the container) which will garbage collect it. git-svn-id: http://tgstation13.googlecode.com/svn/trunk@5772 316c924e-a436-60f5-8080-3fe189b3f50e
