Added a new gold slime reaction which spawns a single hostile mob (which wont attack). This is for whoever was requesting the ability to make zoos/fill pens.

Added a new silver slime reaction I'd been meaning to add.

Changed chemistry to have two chem dispensers each with half as much charge as the old one

Added Cheridan's slime sprites to replace roros. Replaced all mentions of roro/metroid with slime. Once Cheri has the rest of the sprites/Phol gets mutant race sprites I'll start work on redoing metroid/slime code with Giacom and adding breeding.

- Undid my edits to the master controller regarding fast atmos.. I've tested it on the live server in several rounds and think we could spare to call atmos processing twice as often, meaning air movement would spread twice as fast. Calling it 4x as often was too much tho, resulting in noticeable lag, especially when the station was destroyed.
