* Move unit tests and add new for better coverage

* Refactor ActionBarView to use the RovingTabIndexProvider

* Clean up the interface and adjust callers

* Added documentation and renamed type for better readabililty

* Reverting the clean up of IContext

* Fix Sonar issues

* More Sonar issus fixed
