Includes partially qualified and unqualified codepoints for all Emojis except (C), (R), (TM), and (M).
Updates Martinique flag.
Uses True South flag for Antarctica.

No issue - Fix packaging Epyrus on FreeBSD and Solaris. The TwemojiMozilla.ttf font should be bundled on Windows and any GTK platforms. We should not limit the GTK platform to Linux only.
