roytam1 c7fb60accb import from UXP: 
- Bug 1346501. Don't mark every image as visible when a frame is created for it (ece6d716)
- Bug 1346501. Remove mFrameCreateCalled from nsImageLoadingContent, it is now unused (731b3ea7)
