Pale Moon 18c4a6a425 Allow resetting of non-default profiles. 
This needs some verification.

Pale Moon ffb3d35653 Stop requiring the app name to be "firefox" to be able to use profile reset. 
The migrator to use is "firefox" by type name (firefox-style profile), as self-migration.
This should not be hard-linked to whatever the application name is.

TODO: clean up this mess properly.
