Moonchild a036cfeb69 Issue #2714 - Implement the Visual Viewport API

This DOM/Web API is entirely irrelevant for desktop use.
We give back the width/height of the root scrollframe of content and
for scale we pass forward our dpp resolution (usually 1.0).
Since we have no "no touch" zones in our content on desktop,. the rest
(origin and offset) is hard-coded to (0,0).

No Issue - Fix building on Linux 32-bit ARM with clang. Need to have system definitions before defining the overrides. The sytem definitions have additional attributes that conflict. clang 14 that I am using also requires -fno-integrated-as for several files, but I left that out since it is probably fixed in newer versions of clang.

Unified XUL Platform (UXP)

This repository holds the code for a unified application platform for XUL-based applications. It is a hard fork from the Mozilla code repository (mozilla-central) with an ESR-52 fork point.

In addition to further development based on the Mozilla upstream code, and selective cherry-picking of directly-applicable patches, this repository has its own development and holds the base for a maintained platform to be used by XUL applications.

Additional documentation

Additional documentation relevant to this source code can be found in the /docs directory. This will contain relevant documentation regarding contributing, using and distributing this code and its binaries.
