Pale Moon 2542489da4 Revert "Don't set a fallback detailsURL since we supply this in the update XML." 
There are situations where we don't supply this in our update XML, apparently, in which case the update service complains.
This resolves #1448.
This reverts commit 6799590a21b6440db6b9ee6231d652cd5f2aba20.

Pale Moon web browser

This is the source code for the Pale Moon web browser, an independent browser derived from Firefox/Mozilla community code. The source tree is mostly laid out like Mozilla-based products.
